I know that people hate America. Maybe the people your dad met did treat him with friendliness, but not all people do. If you've seen the movie Saint with Val Kilmer (one of the best actors, I love the movie Thunderheart), then you'll see that from the drama point of view.

Especially if you go into the middle east. Some people would love to verbally harrass Americans (or even worse). But it's not just there either. For the most part, Americans are stuck up, selfish, and have too much money.

Yes yes we get it you hate America it's gotten old amaterasu. Learn a new song, will you?

It's funny because if America used force or threatened this nation that has no qualms against obliterating another nation you'd say America is being imperialist.

A communist nation that starves it's own people so that it can obtain some of the most deadly weapons in human history so that it can threaten it's enemies.

And you'd probably gladly take their side, wouldn't you, Amaterasu?

And yet, you'll say no. Why? Because I said you would. And you never take the side I say you will.

I don't even know what Imperialists means first off.
Secondly I don't support any violent action by any country as a first solution, sometimes Violence is unavoidable because of circumstances, however it should be high priority to avoid conflicts.
Thirdly I said Inclduing America, meaning not only your country, but an other country like South Korea or a Eropean country that may interfere, so don't get nitpicky please.

I am saying no I woldn't take there side, no because you said it, nor in spit, but because I don't see teh reason to kill millions over a piece of metal that is going to go into orbit. Also I don't see the reason why people chase after money, it is only a number on a piece of paper, not that important.

You realize Iraqis, Israelis, and Afghanistanis see us as saints, do you not? We kept Israel from destruction from marauding hordes of Islamic fascists, we saved the Iraqis and Afghanistanis from the rule of evil dictators. point of fact, movies aren't real, usually the closest they come is bending the truth or based off of a true story, hardly any movies show actual representation of people and even less for a movie like Saints

The money thing is completely irrelevant. And just as I knew you'd pick. You're so predictable.

It's true anyways. Every sane American knows that people hate us. And as for Hollywood 'manipulating' me, it's manipulated others, so why chew me out? Besides, sometimes film is based on facts. Don't forget it.

And they don't all think of us as saints I may add. Some of them hate our guts because we invaded their country. I would be too, if someone came in and invaded our country. Imagine if they did that to you, would you like it? i didn't think so.

As for no logical argument, I'm at the point where I really just don't care. Honestly, I really don't. I'm sick of it, actually. Sometimes logic just doesn't cut it. You need anger to drive you on sometimes. Sometimes you need sadness to cut your pride down. Other times you need love to build yourself up, and to keep hate at bay.

    good

    It doesn't mean you're right.

Actually it means you're so wrong that one has to worry about your sanity.

I will only say that my sanity means nothing to me, and all that I am hinges on foolishness, so I guess most people would say I am wrong about many things, doesn't mean I am though, Truth is not relative.
Also this economic fall is cause by the evil in the hearts of people of America

    Only the people of America??

no, but for America's economic problems, it is the hearts of Americans.
If America were to turn their hearts back to God and Repent then their economic situation would improve big time, like gold rush style

How does god seriously have anything to do with the economy??

what doesn't it have to do with God?
seriously God would have control over a countries economy easily. it wouldn't be that hard for him, he is God afterall

What doesn't he have to do with it?? I haven't seen him filing his taxes this year, for example.
You're saying he would be able to easily control the economy. As it stands now, he doesn't.

I am not CHEWING YOU OUT. We have had a million discussions before. Realize, for once, that I hold no personal feelings against you. I am just destroying your beliefs because you are promoting them and they are wrong. And you're very wrong. Sane Americans don't care what the world thinks of us, duh. ^_^ They also don't believe movies as real.

If someone liberated me from an evil dictator who gassed millions of his own people. I'd probably be happy. But, I am part of the group you call insane. I mean, we made their streets safe, allowed them to vote for the first time in years, and gave them their own country again. Scoundrels!

But guess what? None of that helps you in an argument. All those things make you look like an idiot when you try and say your beliefs if you build your beliefs on emotion.

So you believe the country where America gets it's founding roots and was one of the most powerful country for a hundred years, and America's greatest ally, is no bigger deal than Nigeria.

Let's just say it's a good thing you don't plan on becoming a diplomat, you'd screw us over.

It's better to screw over then to be screwed on. Just so you know.

So, a Dramatic movie, is your "factual" information that people hate America. Do you really want me to prove how wrong you are, or do you just want to concede that Hollywood manipulated you now? Cause, this is going to be brutal.

You realize Iraqis, Israelis, and Afghanistanis see us as saints, do you not? We kept Israel from destruction from marauding hordes of Islamic fascists, we saved the Iraqis and Afghanistanis from the rule of evil dictators. Then put in tons of money to rebuild their countries so they could share the same freedoms we have. Gosh, we suck. How do I sleep at night?

You realize you never make a single logical argument, do you not?

Sorry, wrong words >.< Don't call me out for it was what I was looking for.

As for destroying beliefs, that's rather rude.

But they're BRAINWASHED Q. They don't know anything better than that. They have a right to be ticked.

Well, I guess I can just be an idiot, a loser, AND a tool. Doesn't matter to me anymore :P

Only Britain bought it and they tried passing military action against Iraq through the Security Council but it was vetoed. Still Bush pushed and basically said your for us or against us. And broke international law attacking another country, instigating a conflict and breaking the Security Council's declaration to do nothing. Basically U.S.A. invaded Iraq on false pretenses and broke many international laws and George Bush can be put up as a dictator like Stalin or Hitler, for going into other countries and killing innocent people.

Were you born this stupid, or was it something that arose during time?

Honestly this one post is so outlandish I couldn't even begin to respond.

That argument was just weak, I'm sorry.

Not in any way, shape or form was that weak.
I used the ludicrous example of tax filing because there was a point I was driving at. God and taxes are two completely different things - they have not a friggin thing to do with each other.

I asked what the economy had to do with god and the answer I received was that he could control the U.S economy easily... Well he doesn't - so there was still no proven connection between him and the economy.

Let me get this straight. I was in a country, where I had only one religion, I was ruled in fear, I was shackled to an oppressive regime that killed homosexuals by covering them in poo and stuffing them in a cave with bugs. I lived under a regime that gassed a million of it's own people because they were kurds with biological weapons. People went missing in the streets. Death was everywhere. Reading was zero. Voting was of course none.

Then Americans come. They fight, kill some innocents, but overturn the regime. Saddam Hussein is killed. Osama is on the run. The streets are suddenly safe. I can vote for the first time. I no longer have to hide in fear. I can do what I want! I have freedom!

You don't understand. You honestly don't understand what it's like for them. They really believed what the dictators were doing was right, it's not their faults. They were being brainwashed. The Germans thought what Hitler was doing was right, and they were brainwashed by him. It wasn't until after the war that some (mind you SOME) realized what they did was wrong. Others didn't. It wasn't their fault. It wasn't anyone's fault but Hilter. But whatever. Arguing with you is pointless because I can't make you see what you are missing, and you obviously are having trouble convincing me that America is the freaking ANGELIC country that people play it up to be. Because, honestly, America has problems just like every country does. America makes mistakes just like they do. We're not perfect. We aren't angelic. We may be the most free country, but that's just one plus in a million minuses.

Because I don't feel that it really proved anything to me. Except, I do believe she said we shouldn't have stopped hitler, as well.

And you wonder why, PeinQ, I ask you not to rely on emotions in your arguments.

She is saying that America getting rid of Saddam Hussein was bad.

The Iraqi people liked Saddam (Absolutely ludicrous but she said it).

Just like the Nazis liked Hitler.

In otherwords, we shouldn't have stopped Hitler either, because we shouldn't have stopped Saddam.

See why I am a bit confused?

I see why you are confused - but I don't see how you derived that from her post.

We were talking about how the Iraqi's could now enjoy freedom.

"They really believed what the dictators were
doing was right, it's not their faults. They were being brainwashed.
The Germans thought what Hitler was doing was right, and they were
brainwashed by him. It wasn't until after the war that some (mind you
SOME) realized what they did was wrong. Others didn't. It wasn't their
fault. It wasn't anyone's fault but Hilter."

She is saying the Iraqi people enjoyed having Saddam run them in the first line. A lie, but whatever.

In the second line she says they were brainwashed. Also untrue.
Then out of nowhere the germans come in. The germans were brainwashed. Yes, that I can see.

She goes on to say that Hitler was the wrong one not the Germanic people. I disagree, as the German SS and nazis are responsible for the killing they did, and I don't care if Hitler lead them they still did it.

But under this logic, America stopping Hitler was wrong because they were brainwashed.

    It's sorely confusing. See?

You know Q, this is just STUPID. Really, I never said it was wrong to get rid of Sadaam. Rather, I'm really effing GLAD he's dead and gone. Because that's all he'll ever deserve.

And you know how much I hate hate crimes. So DON'T tell me that I said that we shouldn't have stopped Hitler. I hate that infernal son of a gun and he can burn in hell for all i care.

I just said that when we brought Sadaam out, we should have ended our mission in Iraq unless we were doing peaceful things (like teaching) or whatever. Not still dropping bombs, because it's NOT the people's fault. It's the person controlling the people's fault.
