Holy mother.

Didn't take as long as expected.
But you should expect a lot of errors before reading, yeah? Don't expect anything much.

XI : The Art of War – Emptiness and Fullness-
Therefore good warriors cause others to come to them, and do not go to others.-
Kenji made a noise between a hiss of surprise and disbelief. “Impossible. Bijuu – they disappeared from this world years ago.”
Toshi shook his head. “The Tri-Angle member that we tried to take on – he had a forbidden scroll stolen from our village. We were assigned to retrieve it.”
“My apologies if it insults you,” Xavier interjected. “But for a forbidden scroll? Why would Storm send out two genin after it?”
“Storm is a relatively small village,” Mikan replied for the two injured nin. “We already had an overflow of mission requests so we sent both of them out. It was stolen in a manner that would suggest that a petty thief did it, but we were wrong.”
Haruko made a noise of contempt. “And then you asked us to track them down.”
Yukio grimaced. “Well... the scroll – did you retrieve it?”
Aki grinned sheepishly and reached for her back pocket. “Well...” A ripped, long roll of yellowed paper emerged. “We have
half of it...”

Project Tri-Angle objectives:
1. To create the perfect shinobi by:
a. Enhancing the genetic abilities of test subjects by injecting animal/mythical creature genes into test subjects.
b. Using the aforementioned perfect shinobi and implanting bijuu (scroll 2, paragraph 13) into them.
2. To bring peace to the world by destroying all possible threats using the perfect shinobi.
Mission steps:
a. Testing
b. Rooting out incompatible weapons
c. Implanting
d. War declaration on–-

“It ends there,” Kenji grumbled.
Hihari blinked. “But there are only 9 bijuu. And there must have been tons of test subjects...”
Hiro, who had been unnaturally quiet, finally spoke up. “Scroll 2 – what's that?”
Haruko blinked, as if she'd remembered something. “The Shadow scroll,” she said, her voice a bit hesitant.
“Of course,” Xavier murmured, fishing the scroll out of his cloak. “Six scrolls, from all six villages. Shadow was the second village created after the Great War...” Pausing his train of thought, he glanced at Kenji, a question in his eyes.
“Go ahead,” Kenji replied, flashing a worried glance over to Takashi, who had just gotten up and limped over to the circle of nin.
The Mizukage rolled his eyes, his cheeks still red and brown with dried blood. “I'm fine, just open the damn scroll.”
Carefully, almost reverently, killing fingers undid the seal on the ancient scroll, gently unfurling the brittle parchment. “Paragraph 13,” Xavier muttered as his eyes quickly scanned the contents of the scroll.

Bijuu (as continued from Scroll 1):
Note: The test subjects will not be implanted with the original bijuu. Instead, while the test subjects are going through the gene mutation trials, the second group of scientists of Project Tri-Angle will create artificial bijuu.
Method: Cloning. A formula for a cloning jutsu is being developed for humans. However, more extensive testing will be required to alter the jutsu to fit the specifications of cloning bijuu (non-humans).
Implanting: Like how our forefathers sealed bijuu into into vessels, an algorithm will be made to make sure that there is a 100% compatibility rate for the artificial bijuu and the vessel (test subject). Problems with controlling both oneself and the artificial bijuu while as a vessel are acknowledged.
Controlling artifical bijuu: – -

Yukio rolled his eyes. “Typical humans. To start something and never finish it.”
Mizuki shook her head. “At this rate, it's going to be an all-out war...”
Haruko grinned. “Cool. Blood.”
Everyone blinked at the Bachiatari girl's simple (and violent) train of thought. And Aki decided to voice her thoughts. “I guess Shadow-nin really are violent and bloodthirsty cannibals.”
“I take offense in that,” Komui sniffed haugtily. “Though we Shadow-nin spill blood, we do it efficiently. And we have great tea.”
“You guys are crazy–” Kazune deadpanned.
“–And I like it,” Asako finished, grinning almost as maniacally as Haruko. “We're going to need that in the war. Right, Akio-sama?”
“Sure,” Akio replied casually. “We should tell the rest of the village that we're fighting, then...”
Hiro blinked. “You're actually going to fight? No neutrality from the Sun village?”
The Kazekage's brother grinned in return. “Well, it gets boring...”
“All of you are pretty damn psycho,” Toshi commented mildly.
“Yeah...” Mikan mumbled. “I think we're the only sane ones here.”
“Alright, alright,” Takashi said loudly, his voice still strained from the previous fight. “Settle down. We need to make war plans.”
“I already have an elite team going around, gathering information about whatever from wherever,” Hiro said suddenly, as if he'd just remembered the fact.
Hihari rolled her eyes, albeit fondly. “Typical Hiro-nii.” Haruka's lips twitched, as if she wasn't sure whether to hit the guy or smile.
“I don't know where they are, though,” The Kazekage replied defensively. “Reports stopped coming back; I was going to ask Shadow to help me track them down –
(insert eyeroll from Haruko) – but...”
And then the powerful flux of chakra from the huge hole in the wall was felt.
“We're right here,” a deep voice rang through the hall, echoing off of the walls.
Hiro turned with a smile at the familiar voice, but his eager facial expression transformed to one of surprise.
“Oh? What's this?”
