This is stupid. The fact that he could summon the 4th from the dead proves that he is dead. He Failed because the Hokage stopped him not because Orochimaru couldn't because he practically did. When that 4th casket came up Hokage 3rd freaked to stop it and he said "If the 4th had come back I would have never had a chance" so he knew that he is dead.

Look guys the 4th is dead. There has never once been any proof to say he isn't. You guys are taking a dead guy and trying to use evidence to bring him back but guys put it to rest he is dead.

The leader of the Akatsuki isn't Yondaime or I would be definitely shocked if he was. It could be his brother or like I have guessed Naruto's brother or Just a Random evil villain. And I have heard the Uchila Madara theory that's possible (not reall probable) as well. But it's not Yondaime.

well the only reason orchiomaru didn't bring the forth back was (1. the third stoped him and (2. B/C then the storie would be scruw up everying and there would be no plot after that (3. they haven't said the Madara is dead. (lol stupid sasuke not knowing his background lol) ok i'm down

Sorry, I don't think the leader is Yondaime. I don't think he lived after the battle of the Nine Tail Fox. If Yondaime was reborn, I don't think his soul would be against Naruto's.

Madara isn't using Obito's body I highly doubt it. Because if Orochimaru knew that he wouldn't have left the Akatsuki knowing that Madara had the key to Immortality. He learned his jutsus all on his own and as far as we know he is the only one who did that type of thing.
