Maybe, still don't much like them, but I think the Akatsuki still wanna do something with Sasuke if you read these panels obvious enough.

no i dont think that. orochimaru was in the orginization and got sasuke so they see him as a threat.

Well they mention he got Sasuke's brother, and then they had to kill Orochimaru, but nah he will die on his own, so it's kinda iffy.
