But yeah that's why I think, Jounin should have power in the forum, but not moderator power.

Besides we are to small to really need them. And the worst thing you can do is have Moderators before they are needed because they want to mod stuff, and they mod everything.

You know, I think a lot of us will probably become the first Jounnins.  Simply because we're all active around the site.

Hey what if we made a second council a place where all the Jounin of the site gathered?

Yeah so anyway it'd be a council...And it's where they discuss and help get ideas through the site...Kinda like this one except you get promoted to get there.

Stability? What are ya talking about?

Stability two ways: one, you get stability in the decision making proccess (while the counsil members get voted in or out) and, two, the Jounnin gets the stability of knowing they'll be informed of most, if not all, of the decissions that are being made.

Except why vote them in or out. They earned the right to title themselves as caring for the site by making it to that rank.

that's kinda what I was saying.  you can't vote the Jounnin in or out!  It gives them stability and the whole government stability.

They aren't appointed. And this site isn't a democracy overall! We don't need "Stability Stability Stability"

If they earn the rank Jounin they Earn entitlement to this opinion court. Can't we trust that the fact that A) They still don't hold say much compared to the Admin Kages and B) that they worked hard enough to get there that they will probably be trustworthy?

yeah, they should if the kages are th ones who choose the candidates to take the exam

I think any Chuunin Should be open to the Exams...
Putting all the choices in our hands could mess villages like Mist up...Because one curropt Kage could ruin everything.

I'm with you on that one Q, but the other question we have here is how many will actually be able to pass the exam?  Is it gonna be a small percentage of the village or a set number?  Or is that sth we're supposed to help decide?

Well I think 2 at most could pass per village, but I think it's going to be inner village battles.

We do it that way because if we made it between villages everyone always loudly complains about how Sand has so many more members "Thus oppurtunities" to pass. Heck they even complain about being able to put all 9 members in the chuunin Exam because it's unfair for Glacier.

It doesn't matter Dei and the others are very stubborn about it. I think they actually think I want to conquer the site or something goofy like that. Anyway.
