amaterasu, you have been selected to participate (although Titan's stunt earlier this week really made me wonder whether Shadow would participate this time).
The idea is simple, you all have been chosen because you have a certain charismatic role on the site, and you all seem dedicated. Those two points are key to the Jounin Exams. What you have to do, is organize an event that will help advance and better the site. How you interpret that is up to you.
I am your most valuable tool for this, for I have complete control of the Admin Panel, and sway over the site. Jose also has better style sense than all of the admins combined, so use him shamelessly as long as he agrees. Quater and DeI also are on good terms with all the members, so if you have a question about that, ask them. And Silver, well, if you ever need someone not to be here, you can count on him.
All ideas must be floated by me, but I'll probably accept anything good. The deadlin for the idea is Saturday, January 22nd.
The event must be held by Saturday the 12th. If you need an extension, I willgrant it withing reason.
Listen to this: Do not tell ANYONE that the planning is going on, what it is about, or even that you are taking the exam. And to pass this exam, I and the other admins will be studying individual participitation, and you will pass whether we think you were valuable enough. We would like it if you all passed together, it would be convenient.
