It's been a long time since we have had a Jounin Exam, yet most people still do not understand the process. This is perfect. The Jounin Exam is a secret. Only those who took it before, and the Kage's understand the Jounin Exam. This is extremely important, for many different and enemy websites have picked up on our Chuunin Exam idea, to a small degree. And other secrets of WOTN are always spilling out. But the Jounin Exam they will never learn of, and if they do, whoever tells them will be immediately deranked to an academy student, if they aren't banned.
Okay so the people who are chosen to take these exams are:
Death From Shadow
Meika From Storm
Sabaku From Storm
Banouin From Sand
Charm From Sand
Yuriishihi Yhun from Sand
We allowed one more Sand because it was a 3 way tie and since Glacier and Mist were not sending anyone the extra users may be helpful.
Everyone here easily has the potential to be a great Jounin. You are all very active, have been here for a long time, are loyal, charismatic, and are strong leaders. Your goal is to create an event of some sort that you think will better WOTN.
I being the only admin will have to work the Admin Panel for you. Also, use any of the kage's that you can (Despite Jose, Silver, and PF's absence) because they will be helpful. Vice-Kage's too (Which some of you already are ^_^).
By October 22nd you need to have an idea of what you are going to do, though you have free reign. Also feel free to try more then one thing, the more you do, the better chances you have of passing. Last year the One year awards were performed, and there now permanently added to WOTN. So what you do here you want to get added to WOTN permanently as either an annual, semi-annual, or daily changes. Who knows, it's all up to you.
You will perform this event November 1st, though this may be extended. Also event is interchangeable with many things, do your best. Try and do something that YOU if you were on WOTN would want to do, but also make it helpful for the site.
And lastly, though I already went over how the exams are performed is a secret, it is also vital you tell no one what event you have chosen to do till November 1st when we do it. However, if you need to announce it, so that users are online, we'll figure it out. ^_^
