maybe, once the Jounins are chosen, classify them as leader, fighter, or recruiter, then match them with the same type of squad. those "fighter" squads responsibilty will be to fight first in a war or tournament

exactly what i was thinking itachi......thats why we should have the academy like the way we talked about Q so it'll be easier to put the teams together and easier for them to fit together because they'll be working as a unit....as a community

Wait a sec? Do you mean the one we agreed on or the whole everyone has to take classes to graduate.

so, when they go to the academy ask them what kiind of squad tyhey want to be in. or we could just put one from each class into a squad

But again, it's not required to go, and I say just put them in a squad and let them pick the path they want on their own.

Why wouldn't you wanna become Jounnin?  Ifan's got the right idea, but we need to give Jounnins more privledges and stuff...

Right.  I dunno how these boards are set up, but we could have them be mods?  eh.... nevermind, I can see abuse of power there.  Except, if only the Chunnin especially selected by the Kages can even take the test, that'll cut down on that 'cuz it'll be ppl you trust.

I think Jounnins should be mods for the 'academy' section, if we ever get around to it.  Oh, and it'd be good if they could give out stats too...

okay, then don't.  I guess the jounnin will just have to PM you or sth when they want ppl to gain stats.  ...but what about the mod thing?  I can see that getting ugly, but I can also see it as an important thing that may or may not need to happen...

I think 1-two chuunin that u trust should be in charge of the academy, and have the jounins mods of other threads. Also, have u given thought to an arena just in our village? For like duels and to have new members understand the system

Maybe, but Jounnin have to be really dedicated and completely trustworthy.  CR banned Q and pf and a few others 'cuz their mods got too power-hungry... I don't wanna see that repeated.
