Of course, we wouldn't propose this without some kind of incentive. Whoever gets their idea accepted will receive +25 on all their stats. Its a pretty good idea, so start thinking of stuff.

Well im sure it would be possible, but it would be very simple since we dont not force anyone to 'learn' jutsu. They are allowed to use the jutsu for the sole fact that they are a member of that village. So all one would have to do is be a part of each village at least once.
But that sounds like too easy to do...i should have gone to a different village then move to the migrant village like i was banished or something that would be kinda cool if you asked me...it should be like the sun village is the place where all shinobi go after they quit a village that way the migrant part of the village name would kinda make sense...like it's everyones back up village kinda...

Yeah it's best to keep people in villages I think cause it just helps the flow of the site.
