In Breaking down, is was GREAT. WHat more could you want that Bella is a vampire!? And they had a kid, shit. I love her details, suspense, action, drama, sense of imagery. Cant beat it.
And if ya hadn't read "The Host" the ya are CRAZY for not.

When I was reading the Twilight series, the only thing I was wondering about was if Bella became a vampire or not (and it took four flipping books to have that happen) whereas The Host kept me on my toes every page.
It should have a sequel, though sequels are never as good as the first book.

- Part I: Bella and Edward get married happily. Jacob intrudes and ends up getting kicked out for shaking the hell out of Bella. This all takes 100 pages to describe, using about 6934 adjectives in the process. Bella and Edward proceed to fly to S. America and then, ride a boat to a random island in the Atlantic. There, you find Isle Esme (!?). They enter the home there, and immediately jump into sex mode. Knock up. Add several dozens of adjectives in. They frolick on the island, Bella only bringing a bag full of lingerie for her beloved. Edward eats a pillow and a headboard. Bella asks for more sex. She gets sick, yes! But oh no... she's pregnant? Edward is mortified: he's been punk'd! He looks frantically for Ashton Kutcher. Jacob was right! Rush back to Carisle for further instructions to get the devil out of her. It grows huge in, like, a month.
Part II: Enter Jacob. Upon biting his nails on the beach in La Push, he hastens over to the Cullen House to take a look at Bella, now returned. He finds her sick and needy, but sees her balloony stomach, containing her and Edward's knock up mistake. He growls and wants to beat the hell out of Edward. Edward [add 52 adjectives explaining pain, bewilderment, and sorrow here] pleads on his knees, and pimps Bella out to Jacob. 'Take her on weekends, let her bear your puppies, as long as she doesn't die! She can have children, but with you, the guy I used to fight with over her!' Jacob refuses because, unlike Edward, still has some dignity. He has a WTF moment, and scampers back to his faithful pack. They are horrified when they hear the news, and get ready to rip Bella and that baby apart. Jacob is like 'No man, I love her!' but they're already probing for a sneaky plot. Jake thinks Fuck this Shit!, and ditches his gang cause he's badass and ALPHA. Seth follows. They warn the Cullens of his crazy pack and protect the perimeter. Add adjectives here for anticipation. Edward is insane by now, and needs to be chucked into a loony home. Bella is bruised and has broken ribs, but keeps a monster happily in her out of stubborness. At least she's kept one characteristic! Meanwhile, we have not heard of any of the other people. Elliot? Gasper? Alicia? Who knows! They've been forgotten already, way to slip half your immatured characters out, Meyer! After all this is over, add 200 pages of medical mayhem and blood. By now, readers have a notepad and pen, scribbling down all the WTF Moments, hoping to secure a record someplace.
Part III: Bella is a vampire! She has given birth to a girl.. they name her Renesmee! How creative! The girl is already 2 years old in a span of 4 pages, and Jacob falls in love with her. 2 pages later, the newborn can speak in full, intelligent sentences. Add that to the WTF List, readers! Bella has a power... Lily Potter is channelling her, or there is some kind of scam taking place. Bella is discovering her vampire skills, and shows off. If she can't get sex from Edward, there has to be another entertaining way to pass time! Wait a second... egads! The Italian Mafia Vamps know of this absurd child and think 'They broke the law, let's beat them down!' The Cullens + Jacob are now in frantic 'SHITSHITSHIT' mode, and run in circles, repeating the same things to the ever patient Carisle. Alice & Jasper don't want to get into shit, so they blow that popsicle stand. Treason, betrayal! A random office man gives Bella a passport and Bella steals money from Alice's room, gives it to the 40-year-old Renesmee and tells Jacob if anything were to happen, screw her well-being and dash. The Cullens use their Cullen Signal to get dozens of new vampires flowing in at once. Wait, what? Your old characters are not even present, what are you doing?! Meyer realizes she fucked up, and adds an Index at the back to clear absolutely nothing up. The Italian Mafia + The Cullens and the Gang meet at dawn for a battle. Or.. that's what we think [Enter rest of thesaurus here] After about 150 pages of plotting and training, it's all a messup and Italian Mafia kill the bastard who wasted their time and rush back to their Torture Tower to continue playing Mario Kart. The Vampires backing up the Cullens ditch, and everything is happily ever after. Edward's voice is still godlike and velvetty, Bella has reached a new level of annoying ass defiance, Jacob is fine with loving his enemy's + old GF's daughter and none of the characters have found why the hell they're in the story in the first place, let alone their names! Fans are pissed and murderous, the fight-o-meter has skyrocketed, Meyer fails again, and the Twilight series is apparently better left a horrible trilogy. Let's leave the fools to eat more pillows and karate chop boulders whilst sparking! Well done!
