Unspoken Words

Twisting, yielding at yet that is unspoken
Regretting worth saying nothings a token
You speak through me as I do to you
I see into silky green eyes for the truth
My confusion is subtle, it has become my title

You say that there is a love for me
but you think it cannot be
Waiting, waiting, waiting at times it can be irritating
You've pierced my heart oh so long ago
these feelings are shanked and my heart bleeds whenever you go
He says that he's only here for me
but is that something I can truly believe
We've held a bond like no other, as special as that day in August...

Those words you say spread like a fathom of disease
But I dare speak of you and me, is there more, is there anything that stands between
Things may be chaotic right now, I hope we can overcome and look in awe

I'm not here of benefit of you
I stand here staring beyond my view
There is no lust, all we have is trust
I dare make you turn away
For you my love it has not flown away

Yet I say no one is perfect action or word
But truth behold, these words...
I say "I love you forever" night and day
Can't you see this is what I say for I have not gone astray.
