I did too answer that (Or I thought about it at least). Personally I think the thing to do would be end the marriage, because the marriage was corrupt from the beginning.
Like, it wasn't a proper marriage from the get go so it really doesn't have the same meaning as a normal marriage would. Like say you have a corrupt Government agency (I can't help myself with politics) that helps some people but not others but it isn't constitutional and people decide they don't want it. Well others say "but hey that agency is helping some people!". True, it is. But, if the agency was corrupt and not supposed to be there Constitutionally in the first place, then those people were not even supposed to be getting that help constitutionally and so we have no obligation to help them with that institution.
For me using politics really helps clear things up, but for a lot of people that probably just made it worlds more confusing, I hope I didn't do that to you
I don't know the real answer but marriage is based from the Bible and placed before God just like the Government is based on the US constitution and placed before the people of power. So the example works, meagerly...
