I agree fully with the administrators.

However, I think that they should have at least knowledge of how the system works, and flaws and so on that it has, as well as the unwritten rules in that the battle system has. And it may be true that the mods will not particapate, but there still may be biast against people who they dont' like. I believe there should be at least 2 or 3, to proform "checks" or something on each other in order to make the system fair.

well, an alternative to the statless genin thing would be creating divisions and organizing competitors so that their stats and rank would be balanced out somehow, but that would be too much of a hassle

I .. sorta agree with end. If it was to be a two on two battle, then sparring w/out the stats would be better. It would easier to select the winner based on teamwork instead of who has more stats. However, since it's a one on one..
