so far the tourny is

• one on one
  
• Everybody fights as statless genins to even out playing field
  
• The maximum amount of jutsus used in one turn during the battle is 3
  
• We have to choose hosts and moderators
  
• Hosts and mods are "paid in stats"
  
• We need an admin to agree with this tourny and supply stats (Silver?)
  
• Hosts CANNOT participate in the tournament itself

but what about vilage trademarks and stuff, I hear shadow has a lot of village jutsus

i say that we should be limited 2 our own jutsus

But a lot of other villages have none.

Let's be vague.
Any jutsu on one's jutsu list may be used.
Because not a lot of people actually allow others to use their creations permanantly, it won't be much of a problem.

But then what about village justus? I know shadow has a lot, storm has one, but it actually can't be accessed by any of the storm nin, sun has none as well, and mist doesn't either.
