Lee Can't Manipulate Chakra

yeah hes right the charka network though has some links to the gates they are two different things entirely ive looked into this and i have seen that the gates only have connections to certain vital spot where the chakra network is strongest in the body other then that there wouldnt be anything toghether for them and are seperate

so ends my moment of smart talk

ummmmm idk if neji has anything to do with the fact that lee cant manipulate chakra....which i think he can....because you would have to manipulate it somehow to concentrate the chakra....hence the fact he can walk on water and jump through trees.....also he must have chakra points because if he didnt have any how could he concentrate it at a certain point to run up trees and stuff??? just some thoughts.....

ive thought about the whole tree stuff and remember he has a very powerful body so maybe he is able to leap through tree and run up them with the power he has in his legs naturally from all of his training once those weights were off he was pratically bouncing around the place again though this is my theory

fillers???? when gai fought kisame he was standing on water.......so he must b able to manipulate chakra but not advanced as to do ninjutsu or genjutsu.....but in the end.....lee is still a splendid ninja....with his "handicap" in mind

Actually I said that due to his training and his run in with Sasuke and Sasuke and Naruto agreed he had incredible Chakra built into his arms, and I thought maybe the same was with his legs allowing him to walk on water.

You are saying that due to his training he is able to bounce around all over the place with his weights off through the trees not needin chakra like the rest.

So we are off, but we both agree it's due to training right?

well lee does have chkre, he just can't use ninjutsu or genjutsu
so he is probaby leaking chakra out of him, allowing him to do that kinda stuff

if he doesnt have chakra points how does he concentrate it??? and if neji's strategy wont work why has he beat him senseless endlessly before neji had his fight with naruto which changed him and his views.....i just wanna know how lee can do all those things....using his chakra then
