Chakra?

I noticed that in the current battle system, you have unlimited chakra... not only that, but Ninjustu points mean nothing...

Perhaps we should have something where the amount of Chakra used counts for something?

Or a definite limit to moves depending on the user's rank and power. 'Cause I doubt a genin, or even a chuunin can use two high-power jutsus, ten clones, and three summons in one post.

I suggested that we use Ninjutsu points to limit the number of jutsu we use in battle. And the amount of ninjutsu used would be dependant on the chakra usage of a given jutsu. Of course people who post their own jutsu would have to be realistic about the chakra usage of said jutsu.

Of you can do it like how we have evades.
Like... um. Every academy student can use 1 jutsu per turn +every __ ninjutsu point(s), genin can use 2 + every __ ninjutsu point(s) and so on.

I think we should allow them to use as many jutsu as the want in one turn but require the use of ninjutsu points to activate the jutsu. So if a person uses all of their jutsu at once they must have enough ninjutsu points to do so. However, I dont believe it necessary to use more than 3 jutsu in a move regardless.

so basically, even if you're an academy student, if you have a ton of ninjutsu points then you can use as many jutsus as you wish to?

Yes, but it would require an academy student more ninjutsu points to use a low lever jutsu than it would for a genin. Besides i doubt an academy student will ever really have that many stats.

Ah. so basically, if you did it that way... like...

chakra usage: genin, chuunin, jounin, kage
low: 3, 2, 1, 0
med: 5, 3, 2, 1

Thing is, different RP-ers have a different standards and whatnot.
I could say that summoning four wolves of fire uses a medium amount of chakra while someone else would say that it's a move that expends a lot of chakra. how are we supposed to determine that?

That was the problem the Kage had with the idea. I suggested having a Kage, or someone appointed by the Kage that has experience in the battle feild, determine a jutsu's level of chakra usage.

Question: I've noticed that alot of people uses Kagebunshin, when Kakashi says it's a jounin level justsu. Are we going to continue with this, or should we just start useing normal bunshins?

Not all the villages have enough people...

and then the standards will be different

they can talk and compair and come to an agreement but it will still be easier to have 1 in each village

Or just some people who are on a lot...

Actually i dont think it would even take that many people. Myself and Renden alone could make up the battle committee.
