Aye so We agree it's all for stats and recognition but it's not forced status wise. That's what I have been trying to hint at for a while.

Alright that part is closed up can we get back to my member raiser idea? I will try to have a final copy by the end of the weekend.

i think it should be the only way to be in the Chuunin Exams...they can be Genin, but they can't be Chuunin without learning how to do the RPing maybe...just my two cents...

My class may almost always be available.  You know I'm on a lot Q... but maybe we should find somebody on the other side of the world from me that could also teach my class.  So we can always have it available.

btw - Q, I agree.  Not forced.  Just a good way to make sure you make it into a team.

I think we might instead make our village, since we have lots of members, when the time comes that I start getting over 9 applicants make a Stat limit where you have to have 10 stats to get in and that would do both but still not be a forced recognition to be a chuunin since they could still recruit two members and so either way it's good for everyone. That's my idea at least but for now we are lucky to get 9 applicants.

I think we should get some people to try that. But the main way to do it and help the site overall is to get new members. That's just a fact mate.

And yes I agree Campaigning get our ninja to start helping Glacier storm, They need the help, and I already put up a list of reasons why it would be good.

Because he was always on and for a lot of reasons.

He says after football season he will come back on, my vote is for a Cokage ship where he splits the rule with someone who is on.

Regardless we need to concentrate on getting them members and let that part fall when it does.

Dude... I'll help out Dei!  ...but tell us a little about the stregnths of each village.  I got ppl to join Sand 'cuz I knew the advantages of being in Sand.

A member raiser task force would be awesome!  Would it also be a good way for Academy students and Gennin alike to gain stats?

well idk how we are gonna get people for other villages maybe we should catch the undecided members b4 they join

Okay, here's another thing.  You said we needed titles and jobs?  There's five seats, so...
1 - Academy Overseer
2 - Gennin team maker
3 - Chunnin ... somethingorother
4 - Recruiting team Advisor.
5 - liason between villages.

I know that, but I just had a wild idea that I had to throw out there... honestly though, maybe number three should be replaced with a 'mission maker/moderator' or sth like that.  Q wants your opinnion too, though.  Am I completely off-base here, or am I on the right track?

Well naturally recruiting is a good way to get stats. But we could do something special like we did last month where every new member gets 7.5 points. And Choushi we could get the undecided members but what we really need are to get new members for the site. And if Sand starts this maybe Mist and Shadow will pick up.

Liason between villages is pretty much my job...

Like I said, just a few wild ideas I had. Although... Q, shouldn't you be too busy running the village to act as liason?

Liason? As in someone who works between villages? Umm no that's a major part of running the village.

*shrug* okay, if you say so, but the President of the U.S.A. has a liason for every country... an entire embassy of them, actually... really, doesn't matter.  I just wanted to throw those ideas out there...

Yeah but...Theres only 5 villages....

Anyway moving back...So I was going to ask if you had any good ideas of ways to get the members excited for recruiting for a different village?
