    Well back when I lived in maryland there used to be this little family-run fast food restaurant that made the best EVERYTHING, because they had everything fresh.

    But other than that if we're talking about the more popular ones: MickeyD's, BK, TB, etc., it really depends on my mood. Like right now I seriously want some burger king. Like I'm not even joking I NEED BK NOW

    In and Out does everything pretty much fresh. Nothing is frozen. All In and Out franchises have to be pretty close to their distribution centers. That's why they are usually only located in the Southern California.
