i cant see why not like a special type kekki genkai pretty awesome if u ask meh

It would be nice, but you have to think about it this way... Shadow is a lot bigger, but they don't have any clans. And you have to get I think ALL the kage's permission in order to make a clan.

well sand has 3 clans, were if you join it you are a clan member and a littel chat and living area and such
each clan has a kekkei genkai (i think i spelt that right)
it is just some other aspect to villages, however sand is the only village to have clans even though other villlages are large enough
