Immediate Decisions

Alright, this is for you new council members coming in, and the decisions the Village needs to make immediately to stay on top and continue to do well with our attempt at democracy.

First, we need a constitution of some sort to even out the powers imbetween me and you guys.

Second, each of you needs to come up with a name for your rank, and we need to come up with jobs each of you can do.

Third, the immediate business of the site is, low recruitment, I want to do a member raiser for Storm and Glacier, and our village is in deep need of an academy.

if Q ever leaves for a while he must TEMPORARILY give his title up to one of the counsil members

counsil members can override an idea of Q ONLY if they vote unanimously

and Q can do the same

The Speaking bad is silly, I mean you guys can talk bad about me I am used to it.

Depends on length of temporary leave but yeah...

And I agree to unamity idea.

And if I still want to push an idea I vote we put it to a Village poll.

Aslo real quick idea I was thinking we should say how long each term period of council members are.

well i really want to be involved with the academy if we make one......i really believe if we traain the academy members AND genin our foundation for great members will grow


and i think my position should be sunakagure defense member or sumthin like that.....not really fighting but making jutsu for people and picking fundamental jutsu to teach genin

that's a good idea Choushi...i think if i were going to have an academy i'd teach the students basic strategy and sword arts...

we could make this academy happen we just need either some chuunin or other counsil members to help

Alright I agree an academy should be done, but I have long since believed it. Now we need to figure out exactly how it should work.

well...we make an area for each class, and a student must pass one class before going on to the next...

See the problem is that's really complicated and the average user wouldn't want to do that though.

I was more along the lines that it could be a little bit more advanced version of the training area with teachers that have classes there...And maybe you have to take a class...But see some people are like me and don't really like to roleplay as well.

true...but still...that would all depend on the user...making seperate classes would weed out those that don't want to roleplay...

well we could have classes like every saturday and people that want to sign up for it....it'll be in the sand village and whenever the teacher gets there thats when it starts and it goes until the teacher leaves

that sounds good actually...we could make a village forum for this purpose...

gotta slight problem with that... weekends are the days when I'm hardly ever on.  I'd be willing to help out, but I know more about actual forum rules and stuff than ninja jutsus.  I mean, you gotta know the basics too, don't you?

I'm not supposed to be on, which is why I hadn't said anything.  My homework is due by the end of today and I haven't even really started...

We could give those who attend lessons a small number of stat points for their attendence ^_^

it is Saturday today Choushi, but I should be doing homework, not this.  If my parents catch me...

Q - we?  Do we have power to give stat points to anyone?  I dunno how this would work, but I was thinking about it earlier this week - I think (if at all possible), the Chunnin in charge of teams should be able to give their Gennin stat points...  Other than that though, Q - it's a GREAT idea!

nice Q-sama...that would work...and it would make people enthusiastic to be in and hopfully if stats are given to teachers then more Chuunin will want to be teachers...

and have menchii put it in the news letter...then each teacher could pick their fav student *3 0r 4 teachers* and thats who can b in the chuunun exams

In both cases it wins. And no you can't brinck but we will figure out a system where you tell me who was in the session and what they earned and I will stat them.

Also good news is this should help get people online some too.

Alright so here is the next problem how would we do this? Like get things started. But I Think we are almost done figuring this out.

Naw I think the Academy should be open to all Choushi including acad Students and Genin not just the teacher's favorites. But I agree to Menchi putting it in a letter.

that has trouble written all over it... Favoritism can NOT be showed at all... EVER.  Other than that though, isn't that kinda how it works in the actual series?  The Jounnin in charge (Chunnin in our case) pick the Gennin teams if they think they are ready for the exam.
