Nope. The council member will always only have 50% of the hold and after his term is up he will lose that 50%.

I am not sure. I want to start a Sand Specific Arena, but I worry that might hurt the Battle Arena that we have for the site...What do you guys think?

It could, if Sand members decide they only wanna fight each other.  As far as that goes, though - where's the fun in that?  Especially if you can't get your bloodline limit any way other than the full-on arena?

We wouldn't do that, and of course the fun is we could have just sand Tournaments, and maybe we could help get people more interested in fighting this way.

Well, I was just thinking that if you do that with the bloodline traits, then you know that we wouldn't be totally abandoning the rest the site and staying just within our own village, you know?

plus, I really do think the Sand arena is a good idea, I was just showing you where your weak point(s) may or may not be.

Well, It's easy enough, to become a Jounin, or some other ranked ninja, or maybe even to use the Sand arena, you must fight at least 1 other villaged ninja.

But I am sure people will still want to fight off the site. It's just commono sense.

that's a good question... probably should award them at least stats 'cuz it's gaining experience...

btw - what's our system for telling you who gets stats or have we not decided that yet?

I guess that's what's gonna happen. As long as we don't overuse it, it should work out.

Hey guys. Ok I am gonna post a long one so hang in here.

We really need to get working on Recruitment, I am sure you all moaned at that, think oh come on Q didn't we just do that? And I know, I agree, but you see the site is still dependent on recruitment to survive, and until it becomes less dependent we have to do our part.

Now there are 3 reasons we need to get recruiting, and I think we should tell the village. First off, we have reached 1000 users. Woot! But this is a critical period for a site. Site's fall or grow based on this number. Because depending on how fast we can go from 1000 to 2000 members will indeed make a lasting impact on whether the site survives, don't believe me? Check forums, very few forums stay between 1 to 2 thousand members, and survive.

Secondly, We are in a Clan Crises. As we all know, a new retoded rule states only 5% of Sand can be in a clan. It is my belief we were clan blocked like this on purpose, to cut Sand's growth, so in my opinion, we should use this to make Clans recruit extra hard. If we build up Sand due to that stupid Clan block and say well we wouldn't a gone crazy but we wanted more openings in clans, eventually I believe we can get it taken away.

Thirdly, and finally, Storm and Glacier are starting to gain grounds on the site, and someday may replace Mist and Shadow, which would be good. Storm and Glacier are used to being underdogs, and if we get them up with us, then not only will we make them instant allies, but we will also have people are more respectable due to their once underdog status. But alot of what we need to do now is make them independent as well, so we need to help get them standing on their own two feet.


And the next important immediate problem, which requires attention, is lack of posting on Sand forums. It has gone down severely lately, and I am open to ideas on how to fix it, if we have any.

Actually I am open to answers everywhere here.

Well, Brinck I don't want to force it all on you though, if we split it up amongst all the village, or the online village, it'd be better...

yea.... think about who are your most active villagers? Ask them to help out...

btw - I already got a new recruit for Sand! Saphire24a or sth like that joined right as I read this post....

And yeah, I know...The active villagers don't mind posting but they refuse ten minutes to recruit?

yea... well, when they take time out to recruit, they miss what's going on here! Especially at high traffic times like now!
