Actually that sounds a bit to Orochimaru for Kabuto to pull off PS: It's kinda a secret but we can't use it.

What if he instead of destroying Konoha he tried to take it out from the inside out? As in like, he gets a following after him and tries to get people to make him leader, and he gets them by doing "miracles" And giving power to people...

Just he is a conniving leader. And unlike all the other villains instead of trying to be a secret organization he uses the public to take over and that is always a much wittier scheme in the long run.

So now we know what they are going to do...

The big descision is now how are we going to get it up to that point? Should we use Kabuto's conections through Roots, or should we put ina plot twist hat *insert character here* is actually a traitor or what?

What do you mean? It's simple, Kabuto and Sai leak out into different villages killing ninjas and using corruption to try and get things started and from there they use lies and blasphemy to get even more to their cause.

Yeah it seems like our idea is just getting better and better. Part of me is starting to wish we could just kidnap Sai and Kabuto and write our own series...

Ok so what do we do next? And now that I think about it with Kabuto's spy expierence he is perfect for getting people to follow him with lies, he can easily manipulate emotions. The problem is what to do with Sai, he would make the good assasin who kills those who rise against...

Indeed. And and with having killed a Kage behind him, it will definitely make him a more imposing character, who could be used to guarantee the loyalty of those who join up with them.
