Human Hands

I see you mercilessly lurk over the sand
watching your poisonous refuge destroy our very plan
Creeping fathomless like an unknown disease
you speak of such misfortune...making cracks in the lines that were once at peace
Stirring the very motion of nature
look I just saw you disintegrate that paper

As I watch your every move I only stand in wonder
the fires dance across the night sky in the thunder
The toothy grin you gave is not known to be human
Heartless and uncaring there's no truth under that skin
Plaguing everything you touch even my family
Scurrying and running for safe haven because your oh so deadly

I saw them creep across the ocean to my land
leaving unrelenting gifts of death upon the sands
The smell of rotting flesh fills my nostrils
they fum because its become so hard to breath
Hiding behind the blades of grass
just leave and let me escape the aftermath
I believe you've caused enough damage
your touch has now ruined a once perfect image

The friendship you had once with us
this so ends our priceless trust
Looking out of the blades of grass
I see all the destruction because of you "human hands"
