It's very simple really. I got the idea from a game. game rules for the actual thing:
write a list of ten ppls names not inculding your own. Make up weird questions using such numbers as
4 challenges 10 to a chariot race. why?
replace numbers for the ppl you have written next to the numbers 4 and 10. write what would happen if they were in a chariot race.

Quite simple really. The first person who starts will come up with a question that has one or more people involved. (It can be as silly or weird as you want. can involve anyone you want.)
The next person will answer it and write his or her own question.

Start:

Gaara12 invites Judai12 and Little Shiro to a party. What did Shiro and Judai bring for snacks?

Pickels.

Now Q has to write the next question. :D

Um..I don't really have a definition for it O_O
But they're fun! THere's art memes, and picture memes(Which are funny :D), and things like uh.

Or the Zombieland rules? And then things like enter your top 12 favorite characters/people.
And then you answer the questionst hey give you :D
