by This may be a little random but so is Tobi. When we first met him in the books he seemed like a prankster with NO ninja experience. But then we see him fight and we are amazed. We think, "So why did he even run away if he could just do that?" And he toys with his opponents by faking out a jutsu in the tv series. But then.....It's Madara Uchiha. A ruthless man with a sharingan and you say "WTF" So what is with him?
