I've heard the USSR, but never CCCP. But it oddly it does not bother me because I find something oddly romantic and idealistic about the Russian Revolution and overthrowing the Czar.

Just saying. They may of revolted and ended up winning for a while, but eventually many of their societies came crashing down within 30 years because of what they were becoming. Look at Europe in the 19th century and how it became a home of dictatorships and militarism to see what happens when revolutions go wrong. Or Haiti. Or South America. Or the Soviet Union. Or Afghanistan or Iraq or Iran. Or China or Vietnam or South Africa.

I understand that completely in the sense that God or at least moral power pushes to people to throw tyranny for actually the right cause or ethical methods. Even if barbarian tactics and the wrong philosophy wins out, these victories are short lasting and cause ruination. The American Revolution holds a deep reverence in my mind because these people went up against the largest power in the western world with a powerful Navy. They fought for ideals of freedom and independence, a song of people thirsting for sovereign rights.

Exactly, you understood what I'm saying. Replacing one tyrant with another isn't a revolution. Revolting based on an emotional travesty isn't revolution, either. It has to be done properly.
