the sasuke-itachi fight

I agree if Itachi dies then it will be boring because Sasuke won't have an ambition and won't train as hard.

it wont be boring because there are other things besides sasuke and itachi in the show NARUTO. hmmm...oooo i know!! maybe you could pay attention to NARUTO.

but i agree the show wont lose anything if sasuke or itachi dies

well if they lose sasuke then naruto might become depressed again. but i dont think we'll have a problem if itachi dies.

lol sasuke vs itachi has kinda been like a joke to me, seriously, i mean in the cave they talk a bit like "Sasuke, you got taller" "I'm gonna kill you!!!" they fight and itachi's like "lets fight somewhere else" "ok" 10 chaps later the pic of itachi sitting in the chair saying "what do you see" "I see you dead" "And they say I'm blind..." Genjutsu battle and this chapter we see itachi's crazy face. Well i kinda see naruto ending soon so i'd say sasuke cuz hes kishimoto's favorite character, and current main character of Narut...Sasuke.

well kishimto has said this year will not be focused on naruto as much but rather on kaakshi sasuke and saakura

y call it naruto then? no just kidding. guess i missed that, still i think its been more than a year... and the only thing naruto really did was like beat the spagetti monster(kakuzu) with a jutsu he is forbidden to use and had tobi shrug off his rasengan(awesomeness)

It is afterall the Windmill Shuriken, and when it was used against Zabuza that is how it was used.

Eh...? Oh geez. I'm lost. I seriously should start reading the manga. I only got to Shippuuden (however you spell it! people spell it so many ways now), so yeah. Should I read it, cuz I'm SO lost..

Lol wouldn't it be friggin hilarious if the Naruto that's fighting the faceless guy (Don't care enough about him to know his name) was a shadow clone, and the real one poofed from the Windmill Shuriken, just like old times?

I think Itachi will die. Maybe not before he's spouted out a good amount of information about the past, like he's been doing so far. But after that, we really have to get past the whole Kill Itachi, and angsting Sasuke. After what Jiraiya said about saving the world, and Madara still alive, the plot would drag if we focused on killing Itachi for too long. Though wouldn't be such a good twist if Itachi succeeded in taking Sasukes eyes, and then killed him? Then he'd still be able to tell Naruto what he was going to tell him.

I for one believe that Sasuke will win the fight, and do one of two things:
1. Return to squad 7 with Naruto and the like (unlikely)
2. Take Itachi's eyes, giving him the unlimited mangekyo sharingan, without having to kill Naruto, but making him power-hungry, and so he goes to find Madara. (Also if this happens, would he be able to release the nine-tailed fox from naruto since he has full control over it?)
