Yes ORochimaru appears again in this chapter, but guess what!? Itachi has a super-de-duper sword thing that Orochimaru has been looking for! GASPERS!

Yes, but somehow Orochimaru is still alive within Kabuto. So he's not gone yet.
I'm just hoping the fight between the Uchiha bro. finish already (My hopes on Sasuke even if he has no more chakra left), I want to know what's going on with the other people: Jiraiya's message, Tobi Vs. Naruto and company... that is interesting, the Uchiha fight has been dragged a little too much even if it's kind of worthy the wait.

But that's just how the Naruto series works. Battles tend to be drawn out and get boring but if you miss a single second, you could lose knowledge that's important to understanding the series. It's addicting too. :D
