    hey i have a new idea how about we a academy like thing where we hire teachers or it could be added to the market section where the teachers teach the new comers about the site and other things too

    In all honesty, I don't think it'll work.
    For one, how big is Shadow? 11 pages worth of members? And what, barely and active members that are Academy Students. Really no point for that.
    And what are we going to teach them? How to RP..? How not to post like a n00b? I mean, we have Kazekage's Dos and Don'ts to help us.
