Academy

Alright, the astute of the council may have realized but I have finally created the Academy, now to get it running right.

First off, who are the senseis and acad teachers again? I kinda forgot ^_^

Secondly, well just go look and decide what needs to be added and taken away.

Haha and I do believe we will shortly be closing the Academy now, woot woot guys.

Why would we be closing the Academy?  We just got it up!

Cause PF wants to do a community Acad.

baaa.... If that was gonna happen, it shoulda happened a long time ago!  Plus, Sand has almost always been leading the way, why not on this as well?

Because PF is already starting it, I suppose my putting so much pressure to press forward is finally starting to pay off.

why not have one for for each Village set up by each Kage...

I'm with Renden on this one... pf can do the community one, but a village Academy makes sense.  It's not like we're gonna completely take away from the community acad... we just want a Sand one to help out our village....

Well, I understand, and that's why I wanted it...

So why can't we keep it?

Because I am still unawares if PF will let us.

why wouldn't he?  It's our village!

Because our village already has so many advances...

That's why we should be able to keep it!  Does he want the site to slow down?  If Sand isn't leading the way, nobody'll know where to go!

Yes, but people like Jose want to lead the way, or they think we should do one advance at a time.

we have enough thinkers to make like 3-5 work though...

I know it, but he still wants to go one at a time. Easier for him to concentrate I guess.

Yeah, that's what we kinda are the guinea pigs. But I also disagree cause it's not our fault we are bigger but that doesn't mean we should get limited for it. Then Dei goes on about how we have been here longer...

well my opinion is that we should have it exclusively for a month or so...and if there is an improvement in the quality of our new users...make it sitewide...but if it doesnt (which probobly wont happen) we get to do it exclusively or at least one for each village scince we all have a little twist on our morals and values ( not those words exactly)

and if there were a con to the community academy i would say that if u have academy/genin frm diff villages...they will become close ( which could help) or destroy us completely because our academy students/genin will betray us
