Though I'm more libertarian/conservative. ^_^
Yes, I know enough about politics to know that. xD
I am Conservative borderline libertarian.
I can't get over things like abortion and legal drugs or how Bob Marr hates the war in iraq though. Plus Ronald Raegan was to neat!
So, I figured out that my Political Theory teacher is libertarian. I was a border-line, myself, but enough to the side of libertarian that I got called one by that quiz. :P
But again, they mess me up with their secularism and anti morals.
A few of those questions lumped too many different topics into one question, which swayed my answers, some. Definately not anti-moral or secular, though.
I can't make up my mind as far as making drugs and stuff illegal. Making alcohol illegal didn't help any, it made it worse. But drugs do the same thing and are (oddly enough) more healthy for you than alcohol.
So... I'm confused. ^_^
Yeah but nowadays drunk driving is a real problem. Bet it wasn't when it was illegal.
And I don't want to know people can drive someday drugged. Q's against Drug Driving!
Yay! :D
It should definately be illegal to drive drunk/drugged, but I'm not so sure about using them in the first place. *shrug*
Also agreed.
Plus places have the "Town drunkee" and we know alcoholics can go overkill. But since druggies have to "hide it" to some degree I think if we made drugs legal all we'd end up doing is multiplying Town Druggers and stuff. Also, younger kids will be more susceptible to it and become addicted.
In fact, I can't name one good thing except people in jail will get out. But since they ARE breaking the law, even if they disagree with the law, why should they be let out? If I get sent to jail for not wearing my seatbelt, no matter how dumb that law is, doesn't mean we should let me out because I still broke it.
That's true. That's why I try to not think about it. -__-
