new way of getting ranks!!!

sorry the title is wrong this is the only way 2 get ranks

2 get from the 1st 2 the 2nd rank u only need 2 get 1 member 2 join THE SITE not the fanclub THE SITE

from 2nd - 3rd u need 2 write a test and get 2 members 2 join THE SITE

so what about me?
