FMA Ranks

well i think we should have different ranks depending on the users activeness in the fc.

new alchemist: a new user in the fc

basic alchemist: a user who is posts 1ce a day (unless away on vaca (i would like 2 know if u go away))

advanced alchemist: a user who has been involved in the fc and has helped with recruiting and is active

Semi-alchemy master: 3rd in charge of the fc

alchemy master 2nd class: 2nd in charge of the fc

alchemy master 1st class: the leader
