But can't you specify some sort of Timezone? Titan said something like 7-10, it could be EST, GMT, or any timezone. How are we suppotsed to know which one he's talking about?

Generally speaking all timezones on the site are referenced at Eastern because it's where PF and I live so when we do things we do them on an Eastern Time zone front.
