There is a lot of... controversy, in a way, about "constricting" or "limiting" jutsus, such as a jutsu that may not allow the opponent to use a jutsu for an 'x' amount of turns. Do you think this kind of jutsu should be allowed?

well the system is very straight forward about jutsu's b4 making a jutsu you should have read the parameters about them, but to answer your question, yes it should be allowed, why would i say this? Well, Deathy, jutsu restriction is like a chakra seal on an opponent its perfectly legal, it helps the user get an advantage over the battle maybe turn things around, but how far can it go....depending on the seriousness of the jutsu, moves can be restricted up to 5 turns maximum id say,, but this applies to rank also. A genin could restrict maybe for 2 turns unless they stipulate themselves into forfeiting an evade or something, chuunin-3 and jounin-4-5....the only reason i say this is because of the tedious tasks it takes to achieve higher ranks. Apparently a jounin would have 3x the power of a genin... and such etc...

With out current battle system in place, do you think a "godmod" jutsu is possible? If so, what would you define as a "godmod"?

every system has flaws...so it is possible to godmod as you say in our system and ill explain and define how:

a godmode jutsu would be something that is ridiculous in power,effect...etc...sometrhing that grants the user to strike down in one hit, to cripple the opponent for the rest of the battle...a way in which if used makes it impossible to lose for them...heres an example

effect:the user freezes the opponent for the rest of the battle...cannot evade attk

tghis has many things wrong with it....everything can eb evaded...nobody and i repeat nobody has power to incapacittate someone for a whole battle..its ridiculous

modified version

type:ninjutsu
effect:the user attempts to freeze the opponent still for 3 turns...if connected opponent cannot attk,move

if such jutsus are encountered....its the users responsibility to call out on this jutsu and have it modified immediately or the battle will not continue

Ok, Mr. Des. I was wonder about "Proper" Jutsu creation.

indeed...a question tht stumps many....well rai..jutsu creation is simple as long as you follow some guidelines

name:be original and be creative(ex:arctic maelstrom)
inventor:obv. it will be you
type:we all know there are 3 types of jutsu,,ninutsu,genjutsu,taijutsu
effect:this is where most people will get caught...for a proper jutsu it should relate tothe same somewhat, it shouild stay in bounds of godmodding...and shuold be in the lines of the type of jutsu it is....heres 2 examples

well you have 3 types of styles tht are commonly used

Offense
Defense
Balanced

against an offensive person...it would be wise to defend and let little attks in here and there for damage

against a defensive person..it would be wise to be offensive..rush in...wear away at their defense

against a balanced person..it would be wise to be balanced as well....keep on the def and off

I have a question. If the best style for defeating an offensive fighter is a defensive style, than how is it that an offensive style is the best way to defeat a defensive fighter?

a good question indeed....its what balances the style out 50-50...the way you use your offensive skills to counter someones def is the same you you use your skills to defend yourself from someones vicious attks

That makes the statement controdictive. If an offensive style is best against a defensive, then a defensive style simply can not be best against an offensive.

Well to be schooled by someone better than me just gives me a way to get better..thank you for tht...but how are you supposed ot beat the offensive style....with offense...then you both end up killing yourself...this is also my perspective on the situation

You were right to an extent. The best way to defeat an offensive fighter is a defensive style. Place barriers for protection and try to place restraints on the opponent.

I, for one, see myself as the type of person that leans more toward defensive.

i balanced fighter stays inbetween the guidelines of def and off....then use both of them to a 50-50%....keeping defense strong whikle attking to hurt the opponent...

Dude, that's easier said than done.

it is which is why i will explain how to be balanced....a balanced fighter can identify with the off and def type of fighter...they know when to defend and they knw when to attk....if someone defends it would be wise to set up yourself a barrier and attk at the same time make use of both sides....a person who defends will most likely lash out next tuern knowing they are protected
