Smiley Face Gang

Across 9 states over 40 have been killed.

The link? At each murder was a clue, a smiley face. All were drownings, originally thought unlinked, but the smilies changed that.

I did some recruiting, but most of the people don't tell after they've joined storm or sun, and I have to go bother them, and other stuff :3
