Portal & Chuunin Exams

After a long deliberation, we've opened a portal, so from now on, this will be the front page of the site. It makes it a hell of a lot easier to post updates, which, admittedly, I've been not doing for a while.

Also, the Chuunin Exams are nearly done being graded, so hopefully I can post the results by tonight.
