well i know tobi isn't cause he never said that nor did he say he was madara, he said it in a way that people mistoke it for that

actually i didn't invented it. the sharingan is the byakugan mixed with the tengu's blood and it created a new and more powerful sharingan( madara had mangeykou btw)

I think Madara did invent it actually. Or at least was the first to use it.

Actually it just got mixed with another form of blood. If you put the exact same situation in backwards or what not you would never get an Uchiha I am sure to grow a byakugan but it was a special situation thus it probably didn't evolve.

For example A person with blonde hair and blue eyes and a person with brown hair and blue eyes is possible for it to have a dirty blond child instead of a burnette prime or blonde prime hair. Well that's what happened here. Instead of Byakugan taking over it mixxed with the blood of something else probably powerful and created this. Or maybe it was a genetic defect? Instead of creating an albino child it accidentally had a Sharingan kid. At first people made fun of poor Madara but till he showed his Sharingan was pretty powerful and being an athletic and strong Shinobi on his own he founded the Uchiha!

Or of course it could be the Tengu theory.

well i think thats what i've been trying to say, but i do believe the tengu will happen in the series at some point.

Well the tengu theory is a cool one but let's face it. If he made the 4th Naruto's father I doubt he is deep enough to create the tengu theory :D
