Tobi is Uchiha Madara and Uchiha are very hard to kill these days.

To me, I think Tobi is really Obito who poses as Madara just to fool people. I don't really think his intentions are bad at all.

Yeah, Madara's like... really old. Unless it's some superforbidden weird jutsu, there's no way Uchiha Madara can still be alive.

Deidara did die thinking he killed Sasuke as so did a lot of other people. Even the Akatsuki thought he was dead for a while, but Itachi thought otherwise.

Tobi acts just like Obito did before he 'died'. How he managed to live, I dont' know, but I think that Tobi is Obito. Tobi also has a slightly serious side to him, which makes me agree about the Madara thing.

His intentions, if he is aware of them, are probably not as bad as some may think. After all, it's been around thirteen years since Obito's 'death', so he could have changed a little. After all, a boulder crushing half of your body would change /you/, wouldn't it? He may be doing what he thinks is right, whether it is or not. If he's not aware of his intentions at some points in time, it could be because of this: If Tobi and Madara are somehow sharing a body -don't ask how, they can create their own jutsu for this- then the moments Tobi/Obito isn't aware of could be the moments when Madara is shining through.

That's because Itachi probably knew better. Remember, Sasuke is an Uchiha after all.

Maybe like Deidara he was forced to join Akatsuki, maybe the Akatsuki had thretend him saying that they would kill Kakashi and Ren.

I dont think so. Obito would rather died himself rather that join akatsuki if threatened. I think he lots his memory, met up with Zetsu, then joined the akatsuki

Maybe Obito has other plans for the Akatsuki.
