Here's a quick tip for those pesky letters in Paint:

I could tell you were using the paint bucket tool to fill in the background after you typed the message, that can be solved in one of two ways:

1. click the little dropper icon, then rightclick the background color you want. Then any letters you type will have the middle the same color as the background

2. If you already typed them, and changed the background, that's fine too. Just take that same dropper tool, and left click the color that's inside the letters (The one you don't want) and then select the same tool again, and right click the new color (The one that makes the letters look right).
Now take your eraser tool and use the right mouse button to scroll over the letters. the letters will not be harmed or changed in any way, but the color inside them will change.


Also, I never think the default eraser tool is big enough, so here's an easy way to make it bigger:
Just select your eraser tool like you normally would and place it on the screen so you can see the square that marks what it will erase.
Then press Ctrl and the "+" sign on your numeric keypad until it's big enough.
