Girls shouldn't be allowed to play sports with Guys?

when we are young and in primary school, yes

when we are all older and are in high school, college, etc. peple are just gonna get hurt

50/50. If your a tough girl (Tomboy like, love sprts) Then I say hell, go for it. let them play. We're not all weak.

But if your that like "Ahh, the softball's gonna tap my foot" and they run. Thats a damned shame. THOSE tyes of girls shouldn't be allowed to play.

as far as i'm concerned, as much as possible, girls shouldn't play with guys. of course, some girls are better than guys in sports but generally, girls wouldn't be able to keep up with guys. not being a sexist here, but guys are generally bigger and stronger and would become unfair to play with girls. especially contact sports. especially football.

well, that's my thought. i'm not saying it shouldn't be allowed, i guess there are a few exception but not all.

yeah, neon's right, guys are naturally stronger and bigger most of the time.

But I think they can play together as long as the girl can take it. One of my female friends are on the football team, and she can handle anything as well as them. 'Cept being tackled in the ribs because she's as skinny as me...

Ooh, but I really dislike when guys become all pompous. Yesterday at tkd we were sparring, girls against guys, and the assistant instructor (kinda, he's this 50-year old jackass with a superiority complex) said something like "Guys, if you think you're too strong, then just go easy; Girls, if you think you're not good enough, just try hard."
Uhm, WTF. I'm sure I'd kicked him to the head plenty of times.

Guys have every right to be uncomfortable with a girl playing with them, especially contact sports where you have to hit and come in contact with awkward parts of the body but they shouldn't have a huge ego about playing football or being stronger.

I agree that girls are just as good as dudes. But some things we need to stay out of (wrestling with other dudes for example unless you seriously don't mind). We should be allowed to play sports with guys, but we aren't because we're not strong enough apparantly -__- It's just how the school systems work and it's stupid.

(in my opinion) you are wrong pein.
Because guess what? My school has a football team that lets in girls as well. Sure, girls might have to work a bit harder but if they really want to play it's their responsibility to work twice as hard. My friend, the girl football player, her counselor actually suggested that she do something less strenuous like soccer.

And in my middle school, the star wrestler was a girl. School systems have nothing to do with it, it's just that one look at the usually all-boys football team and one automatically assumes that no girl would be allowed in.
