Another thing: I don't think we should use ourselves or it would look like we purposely chose ourselves.

I was thinking that neitehr the people taking part in the jounin or the kages should be able to get awards (also are the kages or jounin prospects gonna run this thing?)

shouldn't anyone be able to do it...if we say kages and these people can't be voted for, then they know about us being in the Jounin Exams...
