hey...i did something for Sand alone that can be done for this if it sounds good to you guys...
start up a program thing where we all can set up squads between the villages...get a list of voulenteer Chuunin to be the Senseis, voulenteer Genin to be the Students, and we take control of this program...I.E. there are 2 Shadow Genin and 4 Storm Genin with 1 sand and 1 mist Chuunin, we could have each of those Chuunin take 2 Storm and 1 Shadow Genin each to equal it out, it will unify the villages and set the site up for better events in the future if we come up with something...

When you guys become high school seniors (if you arent already) you have to do this thing for the school that helps it, usually its soemthing like planting a tree, or new benches or something.

Like PF said you have a senior project and usually you do it to help out the "community" and to pass as Jounin you guys gotta team up and help the WOTN community by coming up with something, and if it's really good and you all work hard we might make it a WOTN tradition to be continued, or not. Either way, it's a test of a lot of skills. Creativity, intuitivity, reflexive thinking, leadership, not to mention teamwork and communication skills, and tons of other things that any good Jounin would need to have.

like a dance floor to celebrate things like new years, or 2000 members, and just generally party it up.
