Not wanting to be mean or anything, but if those are your OCs, they are the basics of all Mary-Sues' and Gary-Stues. Maybe you should rewrite their personal facts? That a person has both the Byakugan AND the Sharingan is ... kinda unlikely. If the person also can change age after the situation AND is close family to all of the 'important' people it just gets incredibly funny... It's never going to happen and the story already seems kinda b...but just because the OCs are unlikely, it doesn't mean the story isn't good, so write it, but think of changes you can do to the OCs. Looking forward to reading it! ^^
