Well everyone says they are equal ninja and Kakashi is a Hokage level ninja. Thus it would be intense.

Plus I would like to see Kabuto's real abilities. Afterall two times in the series his eyes started to turn firey red yet when he fought Naruto he had a smile on which makes me think he wasn't fighting Naruto for real but just kinda doing what he had too. And if that's the case him for real would be so cool.

Yeah. When he took on those clones in the Forest of death and one scratched him his eyes turned firey red. When he got hit by the sound guys he turned red too.

Also he couldn't take the preliminaries out of fear of awakening an inner beast. And yet he Naruto was able to beat him, a Kakashi level ninja?

Well I am sure you dislike Kabuto. Most people do. I don't know why because unlike everyone else in the series he is always such a mystery and is always so cool. Plus he was the first real ninja to be impressed with Naruto's skills without having seen much of him. He also liked Naruto overall and plus he was so sneaky.

And afterall whether you like him or not if he hadn't stopped Naruto from opening that heaven scroll during the exam the show woulda been over.
