THe only dub episodes I like is from fullmetal alchemist, but the sub version also rocks 
as for Naruto I like the jap version. And if you compare the engdub to germdub and russdub... english winns. Because in russian the voice acting is terrible. In the german version Sasuke's name is very confusing 'Zazuke' or something like that.
