The list you gave is pretty accurate. There are different sub categories involved since you over simplified but still, all right.

i just have one thing to say; dont get into a relationship if youre not serious about it.

but sure, its up to you and your partner to decide whats right and wrong. no one can decided that for you.
if you ask me, i think its okey to think other people look good. just as long as i dont say it like "oh my god, that dude is soooooo damn good looking!" when my boyfriend is around.
but to cheat or such, is absolutely not okey. and flirt with other people, is not okey.

about the visiting and get gifts from others... i dont really understand whats wrong or right about it.
if you get a christmas present or such, its okey? and if you get a valentines card or such from someone, its not wrong. you can throw it away :P after all, its not your fault that you get a present from someone.
about the visiting people, i dont think is bad either. as long as you dont do it for some bad reason... like sex.
