Right, I tried to look that up, and all I saw was an article where a man cursed at the judge. I wasn't sure what to think of it but someone left a comment that sums up my feelings pretty well: "It sure is telling when the defendant can't even control themselves in court."

It's just stupid to curse at a judge. It's called being..Um, something. In contempt! And it's more than cursing. Pretty much anything can be considered in contempt.
