First day today.
FUCKING HARDCORE, YO.
At least I'm an upperclassman now. I have an excuse to openly hate on the freshmen and sophomores.
We missed the bus.
WAIT, NO WE DIDN'T.
Cause the flipping bus NEVER CAME.
So we had to get a ride from a freshman's mom.
But I paid her back by showing her where her locker and homeroom was.
Ha. I guess.
Period1: Engineering.
The teacher is boring.
There aren't enough chairs and computers.
The class revolves around Ohm's Law and Boolean algebra.
At least it's Engineering. I mean, come on. So not hardcore.
Period2: AP Physics C.
We got the Yuriymonster.
I mean, he's cool when he's not scaring the crap out of you.
But he's a guaranteed 5-5 for the AP exam. So I'm okay with him.
Period3: Gym.
'Nuff said.
The physical exam or whatever's going to kill me.
Maybe I can use my surgery as an excuse for a handicap or something.
Period4: Bio.
Boring. We have some temporary teacher since the real teacher's out.
And she's boring. And a fussy old lady.
Hopefully my Asianness will help me pull through.
Period5: AP Chem.
No offense to Indian people, and all, but my teacher has the worst accent ever.
And I heard most of her AP Students get 2s.
So I dunno about her.
But the rest of the class aside from the people that sit with me are pretty stupid, so at least I get to feel like a genius in the class.
Period6: Lunch.
Which is when we eat.
And go around scaring the freshmen majors.
Period7: AP Lang.
Idiots in the class.
Boring-ish teacher.
And it's LANG. Seriously. Annotating essays and pop quizzes and literary and rhetorical terms? NOT fun.
Period8: AP Calc.
We had a pop quiz. ON THE FIRST DAY.
And all the seniors got to skip that period. But we still had to take the quiz.
I got 'em right, except for the fact that I forgot to multiply y^6 and y^9. But I can get half credit, right?
Period9: French.
She loves me, so I think I can fall asleep and get away with it.
Boring as hell, though.
And then apparently my town wasn't on the list of drop-off places for the bus that was supposed to take us home.
And the EC bus kicked us out.
Lovely way to start the first day.

It's another one of those sappy breakup Korean songs, but the line I chose, roughly translated, means "We're riding a goodbye taxi, but I'm still happiest when you're here with me."
I thought it was a fitting song since school started, and I can kiss vacation goodbye. Goodbye, lovable summer. Hello, hellhole we call school.
