then what about police? They murder. Even if its not innocent people.

Or veterinarians that take away dogs lives because they lived to long or they will never be able to find a home. thats murder.

Murder is specifically killing something to kill it.

Going to war is protecting ones country, killing dogs is putting them out of their misery, self defense is that, Police are defending innocents, that's not God that just is how the dice rolls,

Why not just say murder and get rid of kill?

They are different.

If I get in a car wreck and it's the other guys fault I didn't murder him. He may have gotten killed but I didn't murder him and he didn't murder himself.

I agree. Murdering can have reasons no?

What If I murder you because I am on drugs? Well I am still a murderer. But if I kill you because I accidentally drove into you then it was an accident.

Really that's the difference.

Murder is if you go in with the intention to murder at any point of the murder.
